Kim is a seasoned financial professional with more than 25 years of experience in a variety of industries. A graduate of UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business, she earned her CPA license in what was then the Big Eight. Prior to launching a successful solo practice nearly 15 years ago, she spent several years in senior positions in banking and start-up enterprises. For the last 7 years, she has exclusively served the not-for-profit sector.
Kim uses creative strategies to help organizations maximize the impact of every dollar spent, whether it be as an interim financial executive, leading board retreats, or playing key roles in strategic planning. She has a unique ability to communicate complex financial concepts to a varied audience and brings an optimistic can-do spirit to even the most difficult financial challenges.
Susan Hogan - Founder, Principal
Susan is a highly skilled, detail oriented accounting professional and CPA with nearly 20 years of experience. She is excellent at quickly assessing an organization, allowing her to expedite implementation of best practices in order to streamline workflow while simultaneously improving results.
Susan has significant experience managing large groups of staff with varying skill sets and excels at adapting policies, processes and complex systems during times of organizational change including significant growth, divestitures and mergers.
Ken Jones - Principal
With over 25 years of experience in non-profit finance, accounting, administration, human resources and operations, Ken has the skills and experience to provide a wide range of solutions to non-profit organizations. Ken specializes in providing tools and mentoring to help your accounting team think like financial managers. As a consultant, Ken has developed tools to evaluate financial health of organizations and created systems that provide relevant data for making strategic decisions.
